This program is for high school players who would like to work on their individual skills through training and small sided games.  We will have certified AYSO coaches who will provide individual skills and small group tactics for the first 45 minutes then divide into teams for the last 45 minutes.  We will separate the boys and girls for the scrimmage if we have the numbers to do so.

Pickup Play format is fluid and evolving, but skill and fitness based:

  • Co-ed, 6v6 and/or 7v7 pick-up games.
  • Smaller-sized fields.
  • Field sizes will vary with skill and fitness.
  • No fixed teams, players divided each week.
  • Unlimited substitutions.
  • No referees, no slide tackling.
  • Shin guards are required, and soccer shoes are recommended.
  • Please no jewelry (including rings, earrings, watches).
  • We will follow AYSO Philosophies and our main goal is to have fun.

When & Where:
The winter 2025 season will run from Friday, Dec. 27th until Feb. 14th from 6:30-8PM at CHS.  The cost is $32.75 which covers the AYSO membership fee and insurance for the winter and spring seasons.

AYSO HS Co-Ed Team Spring 2025
This past spring we had enough interest for a high school co-ed team, and we plan to offer this option again for the spring 2025 season. This program is for kids who want to continue to play year round and who might not be able to play in the winter because of other sports. The team plays in our Mid-Valley Interplay League and travel could be to Salem, Eugene, Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Newport, Lincoln City, and Florence.
